I am very happy with the system. I am one of the houses in my neighbourhood that has electricity when there is loadshedding.
My neighbours are saving up money to buy the system cash because they really want it.
The inverter has been a lifesaver during the most challenging periods of loadshedding. We have experienced no issues with it, and it continues to run seamlessly every day. I would suggest including comprehensive user manuals in the packaging that provide setup instructions and useful tips, such as which type of water to use for maintenance, as not everyone may be familiar with these details.
With regards to the backup system, it’s been a great help, and I would recommend it to other people. In the future, I will definitely consider getting a bigger system. Thank you!
My husband and I are very happy with this unit, we experience constant outages (every day for the last 8 months now) in our area because of the theft, vandalism and voltage problems. I would go crazy if it was not for this unit. The installation was so easy and I would recommend this to my friends and family.
