Supplier evaluation and certification

Supplier Audits

Before importing, Deltec conducts thorough audits of all our suppliers, evaluating their manufacturing processes, quality control systems, and compliance with international standards such as ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.

Certification Check

We verify that all suppliers have the necessary certifications, including CE, UL, and IEC, to ensure they meet global safety and quality requirements.

Pre-Shipment Inspection

Third-Party Inspection

Deltec employs accredited third-party inspection agencies to conduct pre-shipment inspections at the supplier’s facility. These inspections cover the battery’s physical appearance, capacity, voltage, and overall quality before they leave the factory.

Batch Sampling

Random samples from each batch undergo detailed testing to confirm consistency in quality.

In-Transit Monitoring

Safety Tests

Conducting checks for overcharge, short circuits, and thermal issues to guarantee compliance with safety standards.

Internal Resistance Test

Measuring internal resistance to assess battery health and performance.

High and Low-Temperature Performance

Testing batteries under extreme temperatures to ensure reliable performance in various conditions.

Documentation Review

Compliance Documentation

We ensure all necessary documents, such as Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), RoHS certification, and transportation regulations (including UN38.3 for lithium batteries), are in order.

Traceability
